Every business owner already has the content. It is sitting on their phone.
Eight months of sitting down with business owners and I keep finding the same pattern. The footage exists. Nobody has a system for getting it off the phone.
I have been going business to business for about eight months now. I sit down, I work out what they do, what is happening, what the missing piece is. Then I go to the next one. After enough of those you stop guessing and you start seeing patterns.
I have posted for the fitness and wellness industry for ten years. Best clients I ever had. Also the most annoying ones. I made a ton of mistakes along the way, and this podcast is where we talk about them.
The pattern I keep finding
It is the same one almost every time. The content is already there. It is on the phone. Unused footage that never got posted, sitting in a camera roll while the business stays invisible online. So I started asking a different question. Not how do we make more content. How do I get that content out so an agent can pull it and do something with it.

The content is not missing. It is stuck on a phone.
The edit was never the bottleneck
The editing part is close to solved already. CapCut has a feature where you drop your clips in, click it, and it builds a reel for you. I made one. That is done.
The part that is not done is the handoff. One option is a content day where I take the clips off your phone onto a USB drive, but that means I have to drive to you every time. So the real problem is the upload. Ten clips in 4K, and you are in the car and not on Wi-Fi. That payload has to move from your phone to storage on a stable connection, so Sophia can pick the clips and edit them.
Before you book another shoot, decide where the footage you already have is going to land. One upload path, one place it lives, and then worry about the edit.
A chatbot gives you the recipe. An agent cooks it.
People know chatbots. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama. You ask for a recipe and here is the recipe. An agent is different. The agent cooks the recipe and gives you the meal. And the work you hand it usually has to be repeatable. Tedious. The kind of thing that runs on a schedule.
33:07
Chatbot hands you the recipe. Agent hands you the meal.
Sophia
I do not use Grok or Hermes or OpenClaw for this. I designed my own. I am a video editor with years of experience, so I know exactly what the agent needs to do. Mine is called Sophia. She is my video editor. There are technical parts you have to know, and it took months. It did not work right away.
Now it saves me four hours a day. I do not do any editing.

Build your first agent for the job you already know cold. You cannot brief it properly on work you have never done yourself, and you should plan for months rather than a weekend.
What I am building
The direction I took is an AI assistant for marketing. Agents that handle the social media, the Facebook ads, collecting reviews, and turning those reviews into content. A review does not have to sit there as a Google review and die. It can be something you post.
A review does not have to stay a Google review.
Later never comes
When I went in for my cleaning, they did a 3D scan and then showed me how the Invisalign would work over eight to twelve months. You see the whole progression. That creates an emotional connection, and it made me want to do it. That is the whole thing. Showing the outcome is selling the dream, selling the vacation.
19:39
Before and after is exposure. Instagram, TikTok, whatever platform you pick. I still catch myself wanting to post something and thinking I will do it later, and later never comes. That is exactly why I want to drop a video and have the agent already know what to do with it.
What I took from the dentist chair
My last cleaning before that one was four or five years ago. Massive difference. But the part other industries should copy is what happened after. A day later, how was your experience. A week later, can you rate us. A couple of weeks later, did you book your appointment again. In fitness we do not do that.
28:42
Map what happens after someone pays you. A day later, a week later, a couple of weeks later. If those three touches are empty, that is the system to build before anything else.
01
You do not need more footage. You need a way to get the footage off your phone.
02
Build the agent for the job you already know how to do, and give it months.
03
Follow up at a day, a week and a couple of weeks. The dentists do it and it keeps work booked.
Got footage sitting on your phone
If you are a business owner with a camera roll full of clips you never posted, tell me what is on there. I am building the systems that turn that into booked work.
