Stop Buying Prompts. Build the Brand DNA First.
How I set up a new client inside Cloud Code: three documents, a voice mining agent, and a statement card format I can repeat every week. Plus the move from $100 a video to $500 a month.
There are a lot of people out there selling best Cloud prompts, best ChatGPT prompts. Stop doing that. You don't need the best prompt. The language models are very good at understanding. Can we make them better? One hundred percent. But at the beginning you are obsessing about the wrong thing. Keep it super simple, and if you don't know something, just tell it to Claude.

If you want your prompting to get better, ask the model to teach you how to prompt better. Prompt solved. You do not need to buy a package from a guy online.
Three documents before you post anything
Every time you get a new client, you need three documents. I call it the brand DNA. Brand voice is how they talk and how they speak online. Offers is what they sell, the services. Avatar is who their client is: man or woman, age, demographic. Some people call it an ICP, an ideal customer profile. Just think avatar, like in a video game.
7:07
This is the brand identity. What do they believe, what do they do, who is their client, what are their offers, where are they located, what are their hours, what colors do they use, do they have a logo. You need to know these things before you start posting, because this is what gives you an idea of what to post.
You don't go to a new client and just shoot whatever and post that.
Take Progress Labs, my student's client. One on one coach, physical therapy, clients fifty and above, post rehab. If you are not confident enough to go back to the gym, he is your guy. Now look at Pickleball XPO. If you started posting about bicep curls or injury prevention for them, that is not in their brand voice and not in their marketing angles. So you don't talk about that.
Voice mining does the research for you
If you don't have those three documents, you run voice mining. It is an MD file you add to Cloud Code. It goes online and finds everything that has been mentioned about the client: the website, mentions, Google reviews. Then it comes back and builds the offer, the avatar and the brand voice for you. Create a folder for the client first, tell the agent to run voice mining for that client, and give it a bit more thinking power because it is doing research.
Voice mining also gives you marketing angles. For Friday Night Socials at Pickleball XPO, the angle could be people who don't have friends to play with. It could be people who are twenty seven to thirty five. It could be older pro players who want to play on a Friday night. Those are different directions your content can go.
Before you shoot a single frame for a new client, run the research and get the offer, avatar and brand voice on paper. You cannot pick a marketing angle you have not defined.
Clone the format, then lock it in
The client was making his own carousel in ChatGPT. So we took the link to that post, dropped it into Cloud Code and told it to clone the carousel because we will be using it to automate carousel posts for the client. Four slides, including a CTA. It came back with the layout and the font, so we stay consistent.
Then I add the photos. For every client I post what I call a statement card: something they believe, or a description of a service, with photos of the client faded in the back. I want photos of what they actually do, the practice, the gym, the med spa. You can generate images with AI or use stock, but I would rather take the photos. It takes nothing.
Same trick for inspiration. I go to Pinterest or Instagram, find a layout I like, copy the link or the image, and tell Cloud Code I like this design, let's clone it. One habit that saves you money: right click, hold option, copy path name, and paste the folder into the agent. If you tell the agent to go find the photos, you are burning tokens.
At the beginning you are creating consistency. Month two and month three, that is when you get creative.
Agents are employees. You have to train them.
The first pass came back too dark and the image was compressed, so I told it. It gave me three fade levels and I picked one. Then I said now build the entire carousel, use different photos, show me. That is the whole loop. I give feedback until I am happy with the result.

When you hire a person you train them for thirty days and they get better and better. Agents are the same. Some of you think every result should come back perfect. Save your time, be patient, have the agent fail, provide feedback, run it again. Once it is doing a good job, nail the framework, lock it in, and the agent follows the recipe.
Judge the agent on the third or fourth pass, not the first. Your job is the feedback and the decision, not the prompt.
Where agents actually pay off is the thing you repeat every day. If it is one, two, three today and one, two, three tomorrow, that is a process, and that is what the agent can take over. You save time and you can do other things, like more outreach. You need to be reaching out to more clients.
Create a folder for the client inside your clients folder and keep it organized.
Run voice mining on that folder so you get the offer, the avatar and the brand voice.
Copy the photo folder path into the agent instead of telling it to go find the photos.
Give feedback until you are happy with one format, then lock it in and repeat it.
The business lesson: from $100 a video to $500 a month
Aaron gets paid by the hour at City Pickle. Around $100 per video. Now he is going to offer them a monthly retainer for his services as a content creator: he takes the photos, shoots the videos, and posts. That is the model I suggest when you are starting out. Shoot once a month for one hour. Post Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Pick one platform. In the US it is usually Instagram, and if the client wants Instagram and TikTok, you charge more.
45:53
You are solving one problem. Consistency, and the fact that the business owner does not have time. The more consistent you are, the more visible the business is. The more visible the business is, the easier it is for the customer to pick your service or your product the next time they are looking for it.
So do not walk into that conversation with hey, you like what I'm doing, right. You say: for the last five months we have been posting once a month and it is costing you $100 per video. Right now I am offering you $500 and I am posting three times a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Four reels, plus a carousel or a statement card or photos. They are getting more.
46:57
You lead with the outcome. That is a better way to set the table for the negotiation.
Do not ask for a raise on the same deliverable. Change the offer to a monthly rhythm, then quote the new number against the old one.
What this adds up to
Literally all my employees are AI agents. An AI video editor. An agent that does photo editing. One that does image generation. One that runs Facebook ads. One that writes proposals for my clients. An assistant. One that does the outreach, constantly looking for new clients. And more. I am basically the only human running the show here.
None of that works without the boring part. Brand DNA first, one format locked in, feedback until it is right. Then you repeat it.
01
No brand voice, no offers, no avatar means no posting. Research first, content second.
02
Agents get good the way employees get good. Let them fail, give feedback, then lock the framework.
03
Sell consistency, not hours. Three posts a week on one platform, quoted against what they pay you now.
