Views Keep You On The App. Reach Gets You Found.
Inside a working session with a client: how one podcast feeds every platform, why saves tell you what to make next, and what AI SEO changes for business owners right now.
There is a line running across the middle of the chart I built for her. That line is her follower count. Every bar that goes above it is reach into people who do not know she exists yet.
So the report is not telling her what got the most views. It is telling her which topics pulled in strangers. Those are the ones to do more of.
I am not saying I hate views. But views are the metric the app uses to keep you on the app. You see a big number, you feel good, you make more of the same. Reach is the one I care about. If the goal is followers, you have to reach people who do not follow you.
Everything above that line is people who have never heard of you.

There is a business reason too. When she pitches a wearable brand, she is not just showing a follower count. She is showing that her content reaches people outside her audience. That is another reason to hire her instead of someone else.
Pull your last month of posts and mark which ones went past your follower count. That short list is your content plan, not your top views.
Saves and shares tell you what to build next
When people save a post, they are saving it to come back to it. That is reference material. That is a signal to make a full YouTube video or a newsletter out of it.
Same with comments. Comments mean people have an opinion. If a post gets comments, a follow up on that same thing is going to do it again. On her YouTube we are one month in and the comments are already telling us what to make.

Sort by saves and shares, not likes. Anything with a stack of saves is a long form video or a newsletter waiting to be made.
One podcast feeds everything else
The first thing I do with a client is a brand DNA. Three questions. Who is your client. What are your offers. What is it that you offer. Then every podcast we record goes into that same knowledge base.
From there it is a request. I need a newsletter. I need an Instagram post. I need a YouTube short. Sophia posts shorts twice a day, picks the reels that are performing, and trims the podcast. The newsletter goes out every two weeks with an animated GIF from the podcast at the top and her best Instagram posts inside.

Start with the podcast. It does not have to look like this. We started in her office with one camera. It feeds everything else and then it grows.
That is a personal brand. The starting point is a podcast.
LinkedIn is the one people sleep on. The attention there is cheap. Nobody is really paying attention, so when you post something it gets seen. Her profile is running clips from the podcast automatically, and very few people are doing that. It puts you a certain way on the platform where you are the professional.

SEO changed and most people have not noticed
The language models are crawling everything. They find your posts on X. They find your clips on LinkedIn. They find your videos on YouTube. In about a month you start showing up inside ChatGPT when someone searches your topic.

People are not going to Google the way they used to. Best pizza, a nutritionist near me, all of that is moving to the models. We are taking the steps now so that when it becomes the big thing and everybody starts competing, you are already there.
Everybody is going to start competing and you are going to be there first.
Why a scoped assistant beats a blank chat window
ChatGPT will hallucinate. It will take anything, because you are not forcing it to think about only you. Sophia thinks about her, her business, her topics, everything around her. It stays in that circle.
There is one more difference. ChatGPT wants to make you happy. Sophia will push you a little bit more.
The other half of this is knowing how the person actually works. My brain wants everything efficient and fast, and I can multitask, so I used to expect the same speed back from clients. I learned that the hard way. Send her five things and none of them get done. Send one thing and it gets done. With some people I hand over the idea plus a script. She only needs the idea.
Give your assistant, human or AI, a scope and one task at a time. The system only works at the speed the person on the other end can actually move.
Own the list
We are building all the platforms, and the newsletter is the one that survives the platforms. If there is no social media one day, if Instagram is gone, you still have your subscribers. That is why we collect the list and why we ask for it in stories once in a while. Not constantly, because then people think you are only there to sell them something.
Compare each post from the last month against your follower count and keep only the ones that went above it.
Take your most saved post and turn it into a long form video or a newsletter.
Record one podcast episode and cut clips from it for LinkedIn, shorts and your newsletter.
Ask your audience once this week to join the email list.
01
Judge a post by how far past your follower count it reached, not by its view count.
02
Let saves, shares and comments pick your next long form piece.
03
Start the podcast in whatever room you have. It feeds every other platform and it is what gets you found inside the models.
